City Hall
EXECUTIVE BOARD

Angela Morsa | President

Angela Morsa, the founder and President of Active Integrated Marketing, has over 17 years of experience in marketing and advertising, specializing in the pharmaceutical, B2B, banking and insurance industries. Her successful background as an account director for several large, full-service ad and marketing agencies inspired her to establish Active Integrated Marketing in 2003.

But Angela's knowledge and expertise in account relationship management isn't what makes her unique in the marketing and ad agency universe. She stands out because of her no-nonsense approach to client relationships. She is known for her honesty and truthfulness. Angela tells you what you need, not what you want to hear. And in the world of marketing, that makes her very special indeed. She also has an innate ability to see and understand all aspects of a client's project, challenge, or dilemma. And an even greater ability to create and implement a plan that leads to guaranteed success.

The 2007-08 year will be Angela’s second as president of the Philadelphia chapter. She has served on the Board of the PAMA since 2003 and is a 1990 graduate of Temple University's School of Communications and Theater. Contact Angela if you’d like to learn more about getting involved with PAMA this year!

MaryHelen Votral | Vice President, Programming

MaryHelen Votral serves as the senior recruiter for the Blue Bell office of CM Access, a representation firm for professionals in the creative and marketing industries. Preferring the term "career advocate," MaryHelen joined CM Access in late 2005, feeling that the principles of the growing company aligned well with her personal and professional career goals. Founded in 1996 in Boston as Wennick & Motta, the agency quickly became the niche specialty staffing firm, approaching the job search and placement process from a different perspective, recongizing the unique qualities and experiences that the advertising, marketing and communications industries require. Now bringing knowledge and expertise to the staffing and search industry with CM Access, a division of Joule, Inc., and serving as a personal representative for a wide variety of creative professionals, MaryHelen is proud to be a part of an agency that offers a tailored matching system to jobs that require a different set of standards.

Serving as the recruiter for the Philadelphia and Mid-Atlantic branch office, MaryHelen is proud to offer many talents to the team. She not only maintains relationships with numerous clients and candidates, but also represents the agency at various industry events such as the AIGA and PAMA and truly enjoys the marketing activities which serve to increase awareness and the market presence of CM Access in PA and NJ. MaryHelen is thrilled that through CM Access she is afforded the opportunities to meet new people, learn and explore their expertise and what it means to be a "creative professional."

Though now a resident of King of Prussia, and Philly local, MaryHelen's penchant for travel developed at an early age, and after studying in Spain, she chose to spend several months post-graduation as an intern for an international non-profit development organization in La Paz, Bolivia. After this trip, the PSU College of Communications alum then spent time at a Philadelphia marketing and communications agency and was glad to bring her desire to serve as a resource for others to CM Access. With degrees in Public Relations and Spanish and a minor in International Studies, MaryHelen is excited to join the American Marketing Association in Philadelphia and anxious to contribute her time and talents to make the organization successful.
