Leadership Lessons from the World’s Most Successful Executives

This was posted on Tuesday, October 14th, 2008
November 13, 2008
11:00 amto1:30 pm

THE PHILADELPHIA AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION WELCOMES

World-renowned speaker and author David Wanetick

Leadership Lessons from the World’s Most Successful Executives is not an event you want to miss.

Are you a leader in your organization?

Do you aspire to be one?

PAMA encourages you to invite your boss to this event.  Bosses, invite those you think have the potential to lead some day.  Seating is limited so sign up today.

The first 50 people to register for this event will receive a free copy of David’s latest book, internationally-acclaimed “The Power of IncreMental Advantage: How Incremental Improvements Produce Dramatically Disproportionate Results”

Learn what distinguishes the world’s most successful managers and business leaders from second place finishers. These differentiating characteristics and practices are incremental in nature but have a vastly disproportionate impact on executive performance.

Unlike other programs that simply emphasize the value of good leadership and smart business decisions, this seminar provides a wealth of historical examples that illustrate how the smallest of margins have radically changed corporation’s futures, earnings and market capitalizations.

Participants will walk away with specific actions to take that will enhance their careers and make them more effective business leaders.

Issues to be addressed include:

• Reinforcing your strengths / delegating your weaknesses

• Time management techniques

• Harnessing technology to manage time

• Effective decision making

• Formulating questions that lead to revealing insights

• Motivational techniques

• Handling setbacks

• Hiring for success

• Empowering your team

• The necessity of taking action even when in doubt

• The power of momentum

• The importance of persistence

• Maintaining confidence when confronted with difficulty
