In the sixth and final session of the program, marketers will learn how to prioritize different ROI formulas and measure ROI. Attendees will leave this session knowing best practices and techniques for determining customer profitability, direct profit profitability (DPP), gross margin return on investment (GMROI), return on sales (ROS), return on investment (ROI), economic profit (EVA), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).

Neill Crowley is currently an adjunct professor in the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University. He has taught marketing, food marketing and management courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels for ten years.
