Carolyn Maniscalco, Vice President, Communications

Carolyn is Assistant Marketing Manager for 3rd Federal Bank, a 14-branch community bank in Bucks County, PA.  She has 10 years of marketing experience for a broad range of industries. Previously she served as a member of PAMA’s Communications Committee.

Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
