AMA Brings the Spotlight Back to the Philadelphia Region with the 2013 Marketer of the Year Awards
Philadelphia, PA – June 5, 2013 – The Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association (PAMA) celebrated 81 years of thought leadership and service in the PennJerDel region by hosting the 2013 Marketer of the Year Awards at the Valley Forge Casino Resort on May 20, 2013. Honored winners in categories spanning from technology to hospitality were judged based on 4 main criteria: transactions, sales, encounters and search engine rankings. The awards recognize measurable contributions to the business using all marketing channels and favor RIO and impact over creativity or trendy concepts.
“Sometimes subtle, other times dramatic – but always measureable – our work makes and moves markets. Our nominees excel at understanding and surmounting challenges, devising and delivering insightful action plans, and generating results that are measured at the bottom line of a balance sheet,” said President of the Philadelphia Chapter, Matt Roberts.
